Sign up for a class at the Culinary & Craft School when you come to Silver Dollar City's Bluegrass and BBQ Festival. If you love to cook BBQ yourself, you're in luck! Learn new recipes when you take a class at the Culinary & Craft School! Whether you like to Layer It On & Pile It High, go Beyond Basic BBQ or celebrate all things Red White & Blue, you're sure to find the perfect class to inspire your own BBQ genius!

Classes are only $10 per person (plus tax) with your Silver Dollar City admission. Register online today to reserve your space! Choose from three classes. 1. Beyond Basic BBQ Not Just for Meats Go beyond the basics with barbecue and try something new! You'll explore barbecue flavors in pasta salad, where you can banish the bland with a zesty spin. You'll also learn to make kabobs that sizzle with flavorful marinades. Then for a sumptuous side, you'll learn to make smoked potato salad that takes this dish from ordinary to unique.

Classes are ten dollars per person plus tax. A One-Day Admission Ticket or Season Pass is required for park entry. The Culinary & Craft School is located just past the entrance to Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre.
